Büşra Özden joined Kolcuoğlu Demirkan Koçaklı in 2018.

She has significant experience in real estate and construction law as well as corporate and commercial law. Büşra advises both domestic and international sector-leading companies on a wide range of legal matters, involving real estate and construction, including real estate investments, project development, construction, design and engineering contracts, PPP contracts, privatization agreements, lease law, zoning law, energy law, tourism law and retail law as well as M&A transactions.

We congratulate Büşra on this well-deserved accomplishment and are confident that her expertise and dedication will further strengthen our growing team.
