We are pleased to announce that two deals our Firm has worked on have been awarded with the prestigious CEE Legal Matters Deal of the Year 2024 awards for Turkey - Petrol Ofisi's acquisition of British Petroleum's downstream business - and Albania - AYEN AS Energji's EUR 110 million syndicated loan. On 27 March 2025, we hosted a special roundtable event titled "English law or Turkish law? Which one to choose, when?" in collaboration with Hogan Lovells. Ben Hornan and Ardil Salem of Hogan Lovells, and Cihan Mercan discussed the comparative assessment of the choice of law and jurisdiction in both legal systems.
