Aslı Fanus Kalmaz joined Kolcuoğlu Demirkan Koçaklı in 2019. She has been a member of the Firm’s Dispute Resolution and Ethics & Compliance practices. She represents domestic and foreign companies acting in various sectors in the settlement of disputes through amicable means as well as litigation and arbitration. With significant experience in anti-bribery and corruption compliance, she has been providing legal advice to clients in detecting, investigating and combating corruption.

Aslı’s practice mainly focuses on resolution of commercial and corporate law disputes, enforcement of foreign court judgments and arbitral awards in Turkey, insolvency proceedings, as well as white-collar crimes. She has been involved in international arbitration and has built significant experience with ICC, LCIA, LME and ISTAC arbitration proceedings through her involvement as both party counsel and tribunal secretary. Her academic work focuses on the resolution of corporate law disputes through arbitration.
