Aslıhan Balcı joined Kolcuoğlu Demirkan Koçaklı in 2018. She has significant experience in corporate and commercial law as well as contracts. Aslıhan advises domestic and foreign capital companies in Turkey across a wide range of industries, including retail, textile, consultancy, audit and chemicals.

Aslıhan provides legal advice to clients on restructuring projects, corporate governance-related matters as well as complex shareholder disputes arising from companies’ management and control issues.
