Ezgi Hamamcı joined Kolcuoğlu Demirkan Koçaklı in 2022. She has experience in corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions as well as contracts law. She advises both multinational and domestic companies operating in various sectors, such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare and life sciences, software and information technologies. Ezgi assists clients with their corporate and commercial law-related matters.
