Gülce Nur Osoydan joined Kolcuoğlu Demirkan Koçaklı in 2019. After two years’ experience at the Firm, Gülce attended the Pan-European Seal Young Professionals Programme at the European Patent Office and returned to the Firm in 2024. She has experience in M&A and corporate law and advises both multinational and domestic companies acting in various sectors on their M&A transactions and in connection with their corporate law-related matters. Gülce has also experience in personal data privacy law as well as employment law.
