İlay Erarslan joined Kolcuoğlu Demirkan Koçaklı in 2022. She has experience in M&A, with an emphasis on venture capital investments, capital markets law as well as corporate law. İlay advises both domestic and foreign companies acting in a wide range of sectors, especially in technology, on their M&A transactions, as well as in connection with their corporate law-related matters.
