İrem Okur joined Kolcuoğlu Demirkan Koçaklı in 2021. She has experience in M&A and corporate law. İrem advises both multinational and domestic companies acting in various sectors on their M&A transactions and in connection with their corporate law-related matters. She recently qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales, making her a dual-qualified attorney.

İrem is a member of the Firm’s French Desk.
