Orcan Çetinkaya joined Kolcuoğlu Demirkan Koçaklı in 2022. He is experienced in real estate and construction law as well as corporate and commercial law.

Orcan provides legal assistance to foreign and domestic companies including real estate investment funds, banks, financial institutions, construction and hospitality companies, shopping mall investors and contractors in real estate law and corporate law-related matters including real estate transactions, lease agreements, mortgage agreements, real estate aspects of M&A transactions, management services agreements as well as construction agreements in return for land share and revenue sharing agreements.
