Zeynep Karacabey joined Kolcuoğlu Demirkan Koçaklı in 2022. She has experience in M&A, corporate and commercial law. Zeynep advises both multinational and domestic companies acting in various sectors on their M&A transactions as well as in connection with their corporate law-related matters.
