Berkay Ünel joined Kolcuoğlu Demirkan Koçaklı in 2021. Berkay has experience in M&A, dispute resolution, contracts and corporate law and advises both multinational and domestic companies that are active in various sectors, such as retail, pharma, automotive, FMCG, logistics and energy. He assists clients in their M&A transactions, as well as in connection with their corporate law-related matters.
