Büşra Özden joined Kolcuoğlu Demirkan Koçaklı in 2018. She is experienced in corporate, commercial and real estate law, with a particular focus on real estate transactions and acquisition structuring, real estate development agreements, EPC, EPCM and PPP contracts, land concessions, collateral agreements, lease law, zoning law, condominium law, tourism law and retail law as well as real estate aspects of M&A transactions. 

Büşra has represented both domestic and foreign clients, including banks and financial institutions, project developers, REITs, construction companies, shopping mall investors, retailers, hospitality and leisure companies in connection with corporate and real estate matters.
