Derin Beliz Mermer joined Kolcuoğlu Demirkan Koçaklı in 2022. She has experience in capital markets, banking and finance, M&A, corporate and commercial law. Beliz assists multinational and domestic companies acting in numerous sectors on their M&A transactions transactions, joint ventures, financing matters including loan structuring and provides legal advice on capital markets regulations.
