Nisanur Yılmaz joined Kolcuoğlu Demirkan Koçaklı in 2021. She has experience in M&A as well as corporate and commercial law. Nisanur assists both multinational and domestic companies acting in numerous sectors on their M&A transactions as well as in connection with their corporate law-related matters.
