Nilsu Gözükara joined Kolcuoğlu Demirkan Koçaklı in 2023. She has experience in M&A, corporate law as well as intellectual property law. Nilsu advises both multinational and domestic companies acting in various sectors, including healthcare, media and entertainment on their M&A transactions and corporate law-related matters.
